Coaching

Rugby: Our Lead Coaches have all completed their RFU England Rugby Coaching Award (ERCA) or the previous Level 2 (pre-ERCA).

Cricket: Alastair’s ECB Core Coach Course (Level 2) is pending; dates TBC (Level 1 completed 2022). His cricket playing experience includes the English Universities XI for 2 years whilst Leicester University CC Captain.

Other Sports: When we run other sport-specific events the Lead Coach will have the required qualifications from the relevant National Governing Body (NGB).

Disclosure & Barring Service

All our adult coaches have current DBS checks. If we engage any 16-17 year olds to assist our activities they will have a current DBS.

Insurances

We have sufficient insurances for schools activities (both for PE lessons and for private parent-paid clubs on school premises) and for our community clubs aswell. Documentation will be shared on request.
