Any personal information provided to or gathered by our website or directly with a Coach is controlled & stored in PC&ROO’s website, hosted by SquareSpace.com, and is password protected on the cloud.

We aim to process information about you fairly and in a transparent manner and the aim of this document is to provide you with sufficient information for you to be able to understand what we are doing with your data. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT? HOW DO WE USE IT?
We process your personal information for the following purposes:
1. Notifying you of PC&ROO Sporting Fun sessions coming up, confirming what is required on the day so the children have everything they need, informing you of other services (i.e. children’s Birthday Parties, etc) & answering questions on a day-to-day in the normal course of business.
2. To understand if there are any specific medical requirements for any customers’ children that we need to be aware of on any given date.
3. Sending surveys on an ad hoc basis to gain feedback to improve our services and understand what other services we might add in the future (e.g. branded clothing, etc)
LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING YOUR DATA
We undertake these activities in the pursuit of our legitimate day to day operations to provide a quality service to our customers who expect ongoing contact about our services.
WHAT WE DO WITH THE INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT?
We will never use your information in a way incompatible with this privacy notice. This will include amongst others that:
· We will not put any information about you on general release nor will we sell such information;
· We will not transfer personal data outside of the European Economic Area.
CHILDREN BELOW THE AGE OF 18
If you are under the age of 18 you may not book & pay for any of our Sporting Fun sessions yourself; all sessions / Birthday Parties must be booked and paid for by an adult.
WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE?
We do not share your information with any third parties without your consent. Presently the only third party we might request your permission to share your personal contact details with would be Old Brentwoods RFC Acorns, but this would only be after your written consent to do so.
RETENTION
We collect personal information for specific purposes and on specific legal bases and endeavour to collect only the personal information required for those purposes. Once this purpose has been fulfilled and the personal information is no longer required, we will anonymise your data by removing any identifiable information or erase it.
YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to request at reasonable intervals access to the personal information we have collected about you. Please refer any access request to pcandroosportingfun@gmail.com. When requesting access to your personal data provide as much detail as possible about what personal data you would like access to and include in the subject line that it regards an access request.
If you so choose you may request us to rectify, erase or block the processing of your personal data if that personal data is no longer accurate, up-to-date or when the further processing of that personal date would be in violation of applicable data protection legislation.
